Fee Explanations
- Discovery may be billed before deep planning begins so scope, architecture, integrations, and requirements can be reviewed properly.
- The Website Setup Fee covers initial implementation, platform setup, environment preparation, baseline configuration, and launch preparation for approved website engagements.
- Website projects are custom quoted because pricing depends on scope, number of pages, integrations, systems, content volume, infrastructure requirements, and technical complexity.
- Monthly retainers cover only the recurring services expressly listed in the signed agreement.
- Emergency work, redesigns, migrations, extra revisions, net-new features, and major infrastructure changes are billed separately unless expressly included.
- Hosting, domains, premium themes, premium plugins, cloud services, transactional email, API charges, and other third-party expenses are separate unless expressly included.
Fee Policies
- Discovery is billed before detailed planning begins.
- Website setup fees apply when a build or rebuild engagement requires initial implementation and launch setup.
- Project work may use milestone billing.
- Monthly maintenance, WebOps, and DevOps retainers are billed in advance.
- Work outside included scope requires a separate quote, change order, or separate agreement.
- Late fees and suspension rights apply only if stated in the signed agreement.
